VIRTUALTECH DESIGN ACQUIRES VIRTUAL TOUR GROUP

Virtualtech Design LLC (“VTD”), a leading virtual tour provider for healthcare facilities and schools, has announced that it has acquired Virtual Tour Group, Inc (“VTG”) in a recent deal.

“We are thrilled to be able to provide the same level of service and the same products as VTG, and having merged our resources, look forward to even more growth going into Q2 of 2022”, said Anthony Passeri, CEO of Virtualtech Design LLC.

Maz Hobbi, Founder of Virtual Tour Group, Inc, will remain technical advisor for VTD. “Since I have accepted a position in Europe, Anthony and I have been discussing the possibility of a merger or acquisition, and we are happy to announce that it has come to fruition. I feel confident knowing that the company I founded and grew over the past 15 years will be in good hands, and our clients will be treated perfectly, as they expect”, Hobbi said. He added that existing clients can still feel free to reach out directly to him if they prefer.

The acquisition brings together two of the most talented and well-respected companies in the virtual tour creation space. Virtual Tour Group, Inc was founded in 2006 with the idea of making visually interactive experiences online. Virtual Tour Group Inc. offers a variety of services including photography, panoramic photography, Professional 360 photography, 360 Video, 360 Hyperloop Photography, virtual tour design, virtual tour hosting, and Google Business View.
