What is a CCRC (Continuing Care Retirement Community)
According to Brookdale, A CCRC is a “place where you have access to multiple levels of care on a single campus. The primary benefit of this kind of community is called a continuum of care, and it’s designed so you can likely stay in the same place with the same people even if your health changes down the road.”
Retirement Communities, also called Senior Living Communities, are campuses that contain different levels of care, such as Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, Memory Care and Independent Living. There are many different types of marketing that can be done to promote CCRCs. One of the newest and most exciting is a virtual tour of a senior living community. Retirement Communities utilize our services as follows:
We have an initial consultation regarding creating a Standalone Virtual Tour, a Google Street View Virtual Tour, and Aerial Videos, in addition to still photos.
Then we will schedule photography, and a photographer will spend approximately half a day on site to capture all of the needed images to create the virtual tour, in addition to the HDR Still images.
We create a virtual tour and show you a draft, and then fine tune it, and then you can add it to your website!
